Дает указанному персонажу права указанные числом 1,2 или 3 - полный доступ
//add
Добавляет персонажу предмет в указанном количестве (необходимо выделить персонаж)
//remove
Удаляет у персонажа предмет с указанным ID и количеством
//addset
добавляет сет с указанным ID персонажу
//addskill
Добавляет выделенному персонажу навык с указанным ID и уровнем
//givemissingskills
Проверяет персонажа на все нехватающие навыки и добавляет их ему
//addtitle
Добавляет титул персонажу по указанному ID
//announce
Анонс для всех игроков
//announcefaction
Сообщение отправляется только персонажам определенной рассы: элиос или асмо
//notice
Сообщение к всем игрокам, отображается по центру
//info
Отображает информацию о цели
//playerinfo
Отображает информацию о игроке
//set level
Назначает уровень персонажу. Максимальный - 50.
//set exp
Добавляет Exp выбранному персонажу в указанном количестве
